From September 14th to September 22nd, 2013, the British capital played host to the London Design Festival. Bustling with creativity, the metropolis was brimming with exhibitions, workshops, and installations. All connected by the smart ebike!
In cooperation with 100% Design, the festival’s biggest event, smart offered guided ebike tours to selected design hot spots as well as test rides of the agile smart ebike.
A total of five different tours, attended by 80 agile aesthetes, explored 23 select spots throughout the city. Covering something between 30 to 60 kilometers, each of these design treasure trails took around 2-3 hours to complete and left cyclists with some lasting impressions.
Still reeling from his design-heavy Berlin experience, Unlike’s Simon Harris once again saddled up to report on the London tours for bettery magazine. Enjoy his impressions of Lee Broom, Pearson Llyod, the Aram Gallery and the Workshop for Potential Design!
We are already looking forward to the smart ebike design tour in 2014!
